Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of The Quiet Rewrite programs — the 7-Night Reset, Evening Pages, 30 Nights, First 14 Nights, and The Library — sold at the7nightreset.com by Thomas Hung Thien Tran (“we”, “us”). By buying or using them, you agree to these terms. They’re short, and we’ve kept the surprises out.
1. What you’re buying
Digital audio programs and PDFs for personal development — specifically, how you talk to and relate to yourself in the evening. When you buy a one-time product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and listen to it for as long as we operate the member area, which we intend to be a very long time. You may download audio for your own offline use where the player allows it.
What you’re not buying: medical, psychological, or sleep-disorder treatment. The programs are not a substitute for professional care and make no promises about health, sleep conditions, income, or any specific outcome. See the Disclaimer below.
2. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. One-time products are charged once. The Library is a monthly subscription, charged on the same date each month until you cancel. Payment is by card through Stripe or by PayPal. Your card statement will show QUIETREWRITE.
Taxes: if a sales tax, VAT, or GST applies in your location, it’s calculated and shown at checkout.
3. Refunds and the keep-the-audios guarantee
The 7-Night Reset, 30 Nights, and First 14 Nights each carry a 30-day guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you don’t feel the program made your evenings gentler, email [email protected] and we’ll refund the full price. You keep the audios. One email is all it takes; we won’t ask you to fill in a form or explain yourself.
Evening Pages (the PDF) is included in the same guarantee when refunded alongside the Reset.
The Library is not refundable for the current month once charged, because you’ve had access to it, but you can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again (see section 4).
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days of our reply. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law that we can’t exclude — including, for Australian customers, your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. The Library: cancelling
You can cancel The Library any time from inside your account — two taps, no email required, no waiting. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Anything you bought outright stays in your member area regardless. We do not run retention offers, and we will not make you talk to anyone to leave.
If you’d rather email us to cancel, you can, and we’ll do it the same day.
5. Your account
Keep your login link private. It’s tied to your email and gives access to everything you’ve bought. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we’ll issue a new one. You’re responsible for keeping your email address current so access and program emails reach you.
6. Acceptable use
The programs are for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell, re-upload, or publicly distribute the audio, scripts, or PDFs, or use them to create derivative products. We put a great deal of care into them and they’re how we keep the lights on. We may suspend access for serious breaches, after contacting you first.
7. Our content
All audio, text, images, and design in the programs and on the site are owned by or licensed to Thomas Hung Thien Tran and protected by copyright. Music beds are licensed for use within the programs only.
8. Disclaimer
The programs are personal-development content. They are provided “as is”. We make no warranty, express or implied, that they will produce any particular result. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or sleep-disorder advice or treatment; they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition; and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Historical figures and sources mentioned in our materials are referenced for context. We are not affiliated with them or their estates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from your purchase or use of the programs is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, where our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to resupplying the product or refunding its price.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; if a change affects you materially, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the programs after that date means you accept the updated terms. Price changes to The Library will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before they apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away protections you have under the mandatory laws of the country you live in. We’d always rather sort a problem out by email than in a courtroom, so please write to us first.
