Privacy Policy
Effective 8 September 2026
The Quiet Rewrite is operated by Thomas Hung Thien Tran (“we”, “us”), 21 Nicklin Way, Buddina QLD 4575, Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the7nightreset.com or buy from us, why, and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to write it the way we write everything else — plainly.
What we collect
When you buy or start to buy: your first name, email address, and payment details. Payment details go directly to our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) and never touch our servers. We see the last four digits of a card and the fact that a payment succeeded, nothing more.
When you use the member area: your login, which sessions you’ve opened, and basic device and browser information so the audio player works.
When you visit our pages: standard web analytics (pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device type, referring site) and, if you consent where consent is required, advertising cookies and pixels from Meta so we can measure whether our ads work and show relevant ones. See “Cookies and advertising” below.
When you email us: your message, so we can answer it.
We do not collect health information, and we ask you not to send us any. The programs are not treatment and we’re not set up to hold medical data.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought: create your account, send your access email, play your audios.
- To send the emails you’d expect: your receipt, your nightly program emails, and — if you started an order without finishing — up to three reminders over three days, then we stop.
- To improve the pages and programs, using analytics in aggregate.
- To measure and run advertising, including telling Meta that a purchase happened so we can see which ads led to it.
- To answer you when you write to us, and to handle refunds.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping transaction records.
Emails and how to stop them
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click. Unsubscribing stops promotional and program emails; we’ll still send you transactional messages you need, like receipts and access links. You can also email [email protected] and a person will remove you.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for three things: making the site and member area work, analytics, and advertising measurement.
Advertising measurement means the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. These let Meta know that someone who saw our ad visited our page or bought, so we can judge whether the ad was worth running. Meta’s own use of that information is governed by Meta’s privacy policy. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before loading advertising cookies, and you can withdraw it any time using your browser settings. You can also opt out of Meta’s ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing
- GoHighLevel — our website, checkout, email, and member-area platform
- Meta — advertising measurement, as described above
- Our email delivery provider — to send the emails you’ve asked for
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it lives
We are based in Australia. Our service providers store data in the United States and other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records for as long as you have an account, and afterward for as long as tax and consumer law require (generally seven years in Australia). Analytics data in aggregate. Emails from you for as long as needed to resolve them. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time; we’ll keep only what the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the UK and EEA have these rights under GDPR; residents of California and some other US states have similar rights under state law; Australians have rights under the Privacy Act 1988.
We honour all of these for everyone, regardless of where you live. Email [email protected] with what you’d like and we’ll do it within 30 days, no charge, no forms. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to your local privacy regulator (in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).
Children
Our programs are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has bought from us, email [email protected] and we’ll remove the account and refund the purchase.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
